At our June meeting, we put together the elements of menu styling that we have been working on all year and looked at how to create an advanced, graphic-rich menu. We followed the tutorial at Web Designer Wall and stepped through that style sheet to show how the CSS elements worked together.
For some more advanced navigation menus, check Website Navigation Menu Toolbox at DesignM.ag.
PACS is off for the summer. The next meeting is September 25.
The Philadelphia Area Computer Society CSS Workshop started with the basics of cascading style sheets and will continue as long as there is interest and we have something new to learn.
